VW

Quick blerb.

After this very contriversial VW commercial found its way onto the internet, this fancy dance commercial has made its way all over the internet and everyone is liking it! I think it was VWs way of recovering from the former (which I didn’t find offensive, but I can understand why a select few may). Good job VW!

On that note, I actually have a picture of my VW (01 Golf GL) uploaded, so here she is!

My 01 VW Golf GL

Keep in mind that picture was taken from my Palm Zire71, so I shrunk it to make it clearer, as well as did some random photoshopping to make it look better.

Well now I must sleep, for I have a busy day of nothing ahead of me!

OSX on PC

Tuesday, February 1st, 2005

I think I posted this a long time ago, but in light of recent events I’m posting it again.

Ever wanted to run OSX on your PC? I know I have. Well a months ago Kevin Rose discovered PearPC, which is used to emulate the PowerPC architecture, ultimately making it possible to run OSX inside of windows. Ever since he announced it on his blog and on TechTV’s The Screen Savers, it has been gaining popularity, and let me tell you its for a good reason! I had it booted up on my AMD1700+ for a while. Unforunately when I upgraded versions one night I was no longer able to boot, but I didn’t really attempt to fix it.

Now tonight I was checking out digg.com and noticed someone posted a nice little article on setting it up. I recommend everyone to try it out. The CDs for the OS itself are required, but OSX isn’t all that expensive when compaired to WinXP, so it wont break the bank. Or just buy a new Mac Mini for a few hundred more and you can then run OSX on your PC and your new Mac!

Well, thats all I have to say now. I got some more surfin, some UT2004, and a movie ahead of me yet, so I shall take my leave!
